Mexican Cream Sauce

  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp all purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • dash of salt & pepper
  • 1 cup mexican blend grated cheese
DIRECTIONS
  1. In saucepan over low heat, melt butter.
  2. Stir in flour with a whisk.
  3. Cook over low heat for three minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Gradually stir in milk, whisking constantly.
  5. Cook over low heat for 3-5 more minutes until sauce begins to thicken.
  6. Stir in cheese. Season to taste.
