Mexican Ground Beef

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed or finely chopped
  • 1 carrot, grated (1/2 cup shredded carrot)
  • 1/2 large potato, peeled and chopped into small pieces
  • salt, pepper and chili to taste
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Cook garlic and onion until just transparent.
  3. Add ground beef, carrots and potatoes.
  4. Add salt, pepper and chili to taste while cooking.
  5. Cook until beef is browned through.
