- 1- 3 Pound boneless pork shoulder, cut into 2 inch chunks
- 2 Teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon chili powder
- 1 Teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 Teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 Onion, diced
- 3 Cloves garlic
DIRECTIONS
- Sprinkle pork with salt, chili powder, cumin and oregano. Place in a slow cooker along with onion and garlic Cover and cook on low until meat is tender and falling apart, about 5 hours. Shred pork with 2 forks and serve.
