Mexican Shrimp Cocktail

  • 1 pound of cooked shrimp (no tail)
  • 3/4 cup of chopped tomato
  • 1 cup of ketchup
  • 1/2 cup tomato juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped white onion
  • 1 chopped green onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro leaves
  • 1 teaspoon of Worchester sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of pickled jalapeno peppers (can or jar)
  • 1 tablespoon of the juice of the jalapeno peppers (can or jar)
  • 1 avocado (chopped in squares)
  • 1 chopped jalapeno
  • 1 to 2 limes
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix it all in a large bowl and let it sit for about 20 minutes before serving.
