Michelle K's Banana Bread, modified from Dora C

  • 2 cups of Flour
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • ½ cup of veg. oil
  • ½ cup of milk
  • 2 brown/rotten bananas
DIRECTIONS
  1. Take the two cups of flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, and mix/sift it all together. (these are the dry ingredients)
  2. Break the eggs open, and mix the eggs together.
  3. Mix the ½ cups of oil with the eggs.
  4. Mix the sugar with eggs and the oil.
  5. Put half of of the half cup of milk, and a third of the dry ingredients and mix it together.
  6. Put the rest of milk and another third of the dry ingredients and mix that together.
  7. Put the rest of the dry ingredients and the mixed sugar, eggs, and oil and mix that all together.
  8. Mash your bananas.
  9. Mix your bananas and your mixed ingredients together.
  10. Butter a bread pan, and pour you mix into the pan.
  11. Put pan into the oven
