Michelle Losey's Cheese and Pineapple Fluff Pie

INGREDIENTS
- Homemade cinnamon graham cracker crust pressed into deep dish pie plate
- 1 can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup- strained, save juice to drink
- 8 oz bag shredded cheese (I used colby for this one but bet cheddar or velveeta would be good too)
- 2- 3.4 oz boxes of instant pudding (I used 1 banana and 1 vanilla for this one pictured but bet coconut cream would be good too!)
- 1- 8 oz container cool whip
- 3-4 handfuls mini marshmallows
- OPT: 1/8- 1/4 C walnuts chopped small
DIRECTIONS
- Pour strained pineapple into bowl add cheese and stir
- Add both boxes of pudding mix well
- Add cool whip mix well
- Fold in marshmallows and walnuts if your adding them
- Pour into crust and put in fridge for at least 4 hrs
