Microwave Quiche Lorraine
INGREDIENTS

  • 10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup minced green onion
  • 4 medium eggs
  • 1 can (13oz) evaporated milk
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • Dash cayenne pepper
DIRECTIONS
  1. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in 9 inch pie pan or plastic plate
  2. Combine remaining ingredients until well blended
  3. Pour over bacon mixture
  4. Bake 9 minutes on medium high power, turning dish every 3-4 minutes
  5. Check for doneness by inserting knife into center, if clean when removed, quiche is done
  6. Let stand 5 minutes before serving
