Microwave Quiche Lorraine
INGREDIENTS

- 10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup minced green onion
- 4 medium eggs
- 1 can (13oz) evaporated milk
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- Dash cayenne pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in 9 inch pie pan or plastic plate
- Combine remaining ingredients until well blended
- Pour over bacon mixture
- Bake 9 minutes on medium high power, turning dish every 3-4 minutes
- Check for doneness by inserting knife into center, if clean when removed, quiche is done
- Let stand 5 minutes before serving
