Minestrone Stew

  • 1 Hillshire Sausage, fried
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 can ready to serve Minestrone Soup
  • 1 can pinto beans, rinse and drain
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes (used diced instead)
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 TBS Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 cups beef boullion
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cook sausage
  2. place all ingredients in slow cooker
  3. cook on low for 4-6 hours
