Mini Cinnamon Rolls
  • 2 pkgs Refrigerated Crescent Rolls
  • 1/2 cup Butter, Softened
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon, More to taste
  • 1/4 cup Raisins (or try Craisins or Dates)
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Apple Juice or Milk
  1. Oven Temperature: 350°F
  2. *Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
  3. *Separate the rolls into rectangles and press the perforations; spread with butter
  4. *Combine sugar, cinnamon, and raisins in a bowl; sprinkle mixture over rectangles
  5. *Roll up each rectangle from the short end; cut each roll into 5 slices
  6. *Place slices cut side down in an ungreased shallow baking dish (or deep dish baker)
  7. *Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown
  8. *Mix the glaze together and drizzle on top of the warm rolls
