- 1 pack of frozen puff pastry
- 1 egg + few drops of milk
DIRECTIONS
- Defrost the puff pastry sheets to room temperature so they become soft.
- Cut some long triangles from one edge to an other, then roll up, starting from the base of the triangle and finish by the tip.
- Round it up to get the shape of a classic croissant.
- Mix one egg with a little bit of milk and brush all over the croissant.
- wait for 10 minutes and do it again.
- Bake in the oven at 180 C for about 15 minutes.
