Mint Chipperoos

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3/4 Cup butter, melted
  • 1 Cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 Cup sugar
  • 1/2 Cup chocolate mint, torn
  • 1 lg egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • chocolate chips (about a cup or however much you like)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Melt butter over low.
  2. set aside.
  3. add mint to 1/2 cup sugar, rub with the back of a spoon until fragrant.
  4. set aside.
  5. Pre-heat 325
  6. Combine flour, soda, and salt, whisk.
  7. Combine butter & sugars, whisk.
  8. add egg, whisk.
  9. add vanilla, whisk.
  10. add dry to wet. mix.
  11. add chips.
  12. bake 8-10 mins.
