Mint Mayonnaise

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 Cup loosely packed fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts
  • 1/2 jalapeno pepper, minced
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine mint, cilantro, alfalfa sprouts, jalapeno and onion in a food processor; process until finely chopped.
  2. Add the vinegar and mayonnaise just until blended.
