Miso-Glazed Salmon

  • 1/8 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsps soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsps hot water
  • 2 Tbsps miso
  • 4 6-oz. salmon fillets, about an inch thick
  • 1 Tbsps chopped chives
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Combine first 4 ingredients, stirring with a whisk.
  3. Arrange fish in a shallow baking dish coated with cooking spray.
  4. Spoon miso mixture over fish.
  5. Broil 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
  6. Sprinkle with chives.
