Miso fish with dual sesame

  • 3 fish fillets
  • 2 tbsp. miso paste
  • 1 tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. mirin
  • 1 tbsp. castor sugar
  • 1 tsp. light soya sauce
  • 1 tsp. dijon mustard
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • plain flour
  • bread crumb
  • white sesame seeds
  • black sesame seeds
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix seasoning well and coat fillets well
  2. Rest in fridge for 1/2 to 1 hour
  3. Coat fillet with plain flour, egg wash, breadcrumb, sesame seeds in respective order
  4. Pan fried till golden brown
  5. Serve hot
