Moist Chocolate Cake

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 c flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 c unsweetened cocoa
  • 2 c sugar
  • 1 c vegetable oil
  • 1 c hot coffee
  • 1 c milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
DIRECTIONS
  1. Sift together dry ingredients.
  2. Add oil, coffee and milk; beat at medium 2 minutes.
  3. Add egg and vanilla; beat 2 more minutes.
  4. Put in 2 greased/floured 9' cake pans.
  5. Bake at 325' for 25-30 minutes (mine actually took a few minutes longer) or until tests done.
  6. Cool 15 minutes before removing from pan.
