Molten Lava Cake

  • Ingredients: 1 stick (4 ounces) unsalted butter
  • 6 ounces bittersweet chocolate, any brand (I used ghirardelli)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of all purpose flour
  1. Method: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Butter ramekins and lightly flour it. Melt butter with chocolate in a double boiler. Mix eggs, egg yolks, salt and sugar in a bowl at a high speed. Then mix chocolate and butter mixture. Transfer the batter into ramekins and bake it for about 12 mins. Let it cool for at-least 2 mins and then invert it and transfer it in the dessert plate.
