Mom's Refrigerator Banana Cream Pie
INGREDIENTS
  • Ingredients for Pie Filling
  • 2 packages of (3 ounces each) instant banana pudding
  • 3 cups milk
  • 2 bananas sliced
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • Ingredients for Pie Crust
  • 1 1/4 cups of graham crackers crushed
  • 1/3 cup of butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
DIRECTIONS
  1. Directions for Pie Filling
  2. Mix instant pudding and milk
  3. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping
  4. Place banana slices on top of pie crust
  5. Pour mixture over bananas
  6. Use remaining whipped topping for dollops
  7. Refrigerate 1 or 2 hours
  8. Directions for Pie Crust
  9. Place cookies in plastic bag
  10. Press bag to release excess air
  11. Use rolling pin to crush cookies
  12. Add butter and coat crumbs
  13. Press crumbs into bottom and sides of 9 inch pie pan
  14. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes
  15. Let pie crust cool before adding pie filling
