Mom's Alcoholic Slushee

  • 3 regular-sized tea bags (or 2 family-sized)
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 6 oz. can orange juice concentrate
  • 12 oz. can lemonade concentrate
  • 7 c. water
  • 2 c. dark rum
  1. Boil 2 cups of water and add teabags to steep. Heat 2 more cups of water in a separate pan and dissolve sugar. Pour sugar water into a large, freezer-safe bowl. Add lemonade and orange juice concentrates with 3 cups cold water. Add the booze and mix well. Pour the tea in and stir. Place the unfrozen "slush" in the freezer and stir it ever few hours to maintain slush consistency. Must be 21 or over to consume this beverage.
