Mom's Chili Mac-Weight Watchers
  • 15 oz canned kidney beans
  • 14 1/2 oz canned diced tomatoes
  • 2 clove garlic clove(s)
  • 2 Tbsp chili powder
  • 1 pound uncooked lean ground beef (with 7% fat)
  • 5 cup cooked whole wheat pasta
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  1. Brown the beef with the garlic and cumin in a skillet on med heat. Add
  2. the chili powder, beans and tomato. Cover and cook until warm throughout
  3. about 10 minutes. Boil pasta in seperate pot of water according to
  4. package directions. Drain. In a large dish mix the cooked pasta with
  5. your meat mixture. Serve with FF sour cream and FF cheese if desired
  6. (count your extra points for these). Serve with baked tortilla chips or
  7. warmed whole wheat tortillas or corn bread if desired. (count your extra points for these).
