Mom's Quick Lasagne
  • 1-2# Hamburger depending on how meaty you want it
  • 1 32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
  • 2 c water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 package lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup Ricotta or cottage cheese
  • Mozarella Cheese – as much as you want
  1. Brown ground beef; drain. Add spaghetti sauce, water and salt, bring to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes. In 9 x 12” baking dish, layer hot sauce, lasagna noodles, cheeses. Repeat layers ending with sauce. Garnish with mozzarella cheese.. Cover with foil; bake 375 one hour. Let stand 5-10 minutes. Garnish with sliced ripe olives before baking if desired.
