Mom's Raisin Pie
INGREDIENTS
- 1 c raisins water
- 1 c sugar
- 1 T flour
- 1 c thick cream
- 1/2 t vanilla
DIRECTIONS
- Cover raisins with water and cook until water is gone.
- Mix sugar with flour and stir into the raisins.
- Add 1 generous cup of thick cream and vanilla. Cook until it thickens and put into a two-crust pie.
- Bake at 425* for 10 minutes, then at 350* for 35-45 minutes.
