This is an easy soup that my mom made for us when we were sick with a cold and with 9 kids around the house, it was "on the menu" a lot. Packed with protein from the fish, vitamins from the vegetables and lime and to clean our sinus the heat of the chipotle(she said. The avocado gives it a special creaminess . This soup taste like heaven even when you are not sick. Mom died when I was only 9 years old but I can still taste her flavors every time I make this recipe. Now my own family gets it when they are sick or in a cold winter day.
