• 1-cup mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons minced parsley
• 1 tablespoon white vinegar
• 1-tablespoon milk
• 1 tablespoon grated onion
• ½ teaspoon sugar
• ¼ teaspoon salt

1. Stir together all ingredients.
2. Cover and chill.
3. Makes 1 cup

After my mom became ill, she was placed on many diets. From her "diet" section of her recipe box I found many "creamy" dressings that would not be considered "diet" today. How times have changed. Great dressings though!!!
