Moms Veggie Beef soup

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 large container of V8 (regular not spicy)
  • 1 1b of ground beef
  • 2-3 cups frozen okra
  • 2-3 carrots
  • 1 can of cream of celery soup
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix V8 soup and cream of celery together
  2. Brown beef, crumble and drain, add to v8 mixture
  3. Add okra
  4. take a peeler and peel carrots into the soup (long thin shreads cook faster than cut up carrots)
  5. Simmer in a stock pot for several hours
  6. Salt and Pepper to taste
  7. *You can add other veggies, but those are the main ones I use
