Monterey Chicken Fajitas
  • 1 lb chicken cut in strips
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 1 green pepper cut in strips
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 can cream soup
  • 1/2 c. chunky salsa
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 c. jack cheese
  1. In pan brown chicken in oil. Stir often. Add pepper and onion. Cook until crisp tender and chicken is done.
  2. Add soup and salsa. Heat through. Spoon about 1/2c. chicken mix down center of each tortilla. Top with cheese and more salsa. Roll up. Enjoy.
