Moon Dessert

  • Preparation Time: 30 minutes
  • 1 c water
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 pkgs instant vanilla pudding
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • cool whip
  • chocolate syrup, chocolate curls, or mini chocolate chips for garnish
  1. Bring water and margarine to a boil. Remove from heat and add flour, stirring until a ball is formed. Cool. Add eggs, one at a time. Spread out on jelly roll pan and bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
  2. Mix pudding according to directions. Add cream cheese before milk is all added. Beat until smooth and thickening. (This can be kind of messy.) Spread mixture on top of cooled crust.
  3. Top with cool whip and garnish with chocolate.
