Mother’s Matzo Meal Pancakes
INGREDIENTS
  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 1/2 C matzo meal
  • 1-1/2 tap salt
  • 3-1/4 C water or milk
DIRECTIONS
  1. Beat egg yolks until light.
  2. Add water and salt to egg yolks.
  3. Add mixture to matzo meal.
  4. Let stand 15 minutes.
  5. Beat egg whites until stiff.
  6. Fold egg whites into mixture.
  7. Bake on lightly greased griddle.
