  • i cup whole weat flour
  • 1 cup sifted all purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup oil
DIRECTIONS
  1. grease muffin tins lightly with oil
  2. sift the two kinds of flour together with the salt baking powder and sugar
  3. add the egg milk and oil stir quickly until only barely blended do not beat
  4. fill each muffin tin 2/3 full of batter bake at 425 F for 20-25 minutes
