Mushroom Bites

INGREDIENTS
- 6 cups of sliced mushrooms
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Kraft Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing from the Signature Collection
- 4-6 sheets Phyllo pastry thawed
- 1 package of 4 cheese Italiano shredded cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Saute the mushrooms and onion in the dressing. Cook for about 10 minutes.
- Set aside to cool. Coat the phyllo sheets with cooking spray and layer 1 on top of each other.
- Cut into 4" squares and press into regular muffin cups so that the edges stick up and look decorative.
- Fill the cups with the mushroom mixture and top with a spoonful of cheese.
- Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
- Make them smaller for perfect little appetizers
