Mushroom Casserole
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 lbs. mushrooms sliced
- 1/4 Cup butter
- 1/4 Cup flour
- 2 Cups milk
- 1 Tbsp. dry sherry
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley chopped
- 2 Cups seasoned croutons
- paprika
DIRECTIONS
- Bake at 375�F. for 25 minutes.
