Mushroom Swiss Steak

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 lbs of chuck or round steak (cut one inch thick)
  • Lipton beef flavor mushroom mix.
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Place steak on heavy aluminum foil, and sprinkle both sides with Lipton mix.
  3. Wrap in foil, sealing edges air tight with double fold.
  4. Place in shallow baking pan and roast for 1 hour or until fork tender.
