Mushroom soup
  • Crimini mushrooms
  • 2-3 potatoes, 2-3 garlic cloves
  • 4 pieces of smoked bacon
  • 2 spoons of flour
  • 2 spoons of sourcream
  • bay leaves
  • salt, pepper
  1. Cut potatoes into small cubes, place in pot with water
  2. Add sliced mushrooms and bring to boil
  3. Add bay leaves and seasoning
  4. Meantime, chop the bacon into pieces and cook them down until crispy
  5. Pour out most of the fat and add pressed garlic into the bacon and stir for couple of seconds
  6. Add 2 spoons of flour and cook for 2 minutes
  7. Add the flour mixture to the soup and cook until potatoes are done
  8. Add 2 spoon of sour cream
  9. Serve with crusty bread.
