Mussels and Prawn Soup
  • 2 lbs Fresh Mussels (yes, they got to be fresh and not frozen)
  • 1 lb Fresh Tiger Prawns (fresh and not frozen)
  • Ginger, about half palm size
  • Chicken Stock of Fish Stock
  • 1 liter of water
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Pork Broth Cube (Optional)
  1. Wash and clean the Mussels and Prawns first. Cut the moustache from Prawns. Set aside.
  2. Peel and Chop the ginger.
  3. Boil the 1 liter of water. High Heat.
  4. Put the Mussels and Prawns to boiling water, then add the ginger.
  5. Add Fish Stock or Pork Broth Cube (Optional)
  6. Wait until the Prawns turn red.
