Mustard-Bourbon Kabobs

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 lb. boneless pork shoulder, cut into 3/4 inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 Tbs. bourbon
  • 2 Tbs. soy sauce
  • skewers
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine all ingredients in a sealable plastic bag and mix well.
  2. Marinate in refrigerator 6-24 hours. Turn on broiler or prepare grill.
  3. Remove pork from marinade and thread pork cubes onto skewers. (Note: If
  4. using wooden skewers, soak skewers in water 1 hour before using.)
  5. Broil or grill kabobs about 4 inches from heat source 8-10 minutes,
  6. turning and basting with marinade occasionally, until nicely browned.
