Mustard-Mayo-Vinegar Dressing
  • Servings: Approx. 1/2 cup
  • Preparation Time: 5
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise or veganaise (vegan mayo)
  • ¼ cup neutral tasting oil (ex: sunflower oil)
  • 4 tablespoons red wine vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
  • ½ tablespoon dijon mustard
  • Sea salt and ground pepper to taste
  • A pinch of paprika (optional - to give it colour)
  1. In a mason jar, add mayonnaise, oil, red wine vinegar and dijon mustard. Put on lid and shake well.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add paprika.
  3. Drizzle over your prepared salad.
