NO BAKE CHEESECAKE PIE

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pie shell, baked (OR prepared graham OR shortbread crust)
  • 1 - 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla *
  • 1 - 8 to 12 ounce container whipped topping
DIRECTIONS
  1. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Mix in sour cream, sugar, and vanilla.
  3. Fold in topping.
  4. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
  5. * SUBSTITUTES for Vanilla (may need a little more or less):
  6. almond flavoring
  7. lemon flavoring
  8. orange flavoring
  9. peppermint flavoring
  10. OPTIONAL: Serve with seasonal fruit and/or additional whipped topping, or whipped cream.
