  • 6 cups tortilla chips
  • 1 15-ounce can black or pinto beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/4 cup thick and chunky salsa
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Sour cream
  • Salsa
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1. Spread chips on an 11-inch ovenproof platter or large baking sheet.
  2. 2. Combine beans and the 1/4 cup salsa; spoon over chips. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a 350-degree oven 5-7 minutes or until cheese melts.
  3. 3. To serve, if desired, spoon sour cream and salsa over nachos.
