Nadine's No-Knead Refrigerator Rolls
  • Cooking Time: 30 Minutes
  • 2 pkgs. dry yeast
  • 2 cups warm water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil
  • 6 - 7 cups flour
  1. Add yeast to warm water, stirring until dissolved. Add sugar, salt and half of the flour. Mix well. Add egg and oil. Mix well. Gradually add enough of remaining flour to form fairly stiff dough. Cover with damp cloth (dough may be stored in the refrigerator up to 5 days) . Dampen cloth each day. About 2 hours before baking pinch off necessary amount of dough and shape into rolls. Cover rolls and let rise until double in size. Bake in 350 degree oven about 30 minutes.
