Nalley's Nachos
  • Nalley's tortilla chips
  • 2 to 4 T. diced jalapeno pepper or hot chili peppers (4 oz)
  • Sliced or chopped olives
  • 1/2 lb. shredded or sliced jack cheese
  • guacamole
  • Sour cream and picante sauce or salsa
  1. Spread single layer of tortilla chips on baking sheet.
  2. Sprinkle evenly with pepper, olives and cheese. Broil about 4" from heat until cheese is melted, about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
  3. Serve hot with guacamole, sour cream and picante sauce or salsa.
