Nana's green enchiladas

  • 1 lb. Hamburger
  • Shredded cheese
  • 2 corn tortillas per person
  • 1can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1can of evaporated milk
  • Tomato
  • Lettuce
  • Onion
  • Hatch green chilies chopped fresh or in can
  • Pace salsa
DIRECTIONS
  1. Brown hamburger in skillet with green chilies
  2. Drain ( I rinse the fat off )
  3. Add hamburger , evsporated milk and cream of mushroom soup to a medium size pot on low heat
  4. Chop tomatoes, onion and Lettuce set aside
  5. Fry very lightly just a few seconds on each side 1 tortilla at a time . Tortilla should be very limp place on paper towel and on to the next tortilla and so forth
  6. .
  7. Place one tortilla on plate and cover with soup mixture.
  8. Top with shredded cheese
  9. add chopped tomatoes, lettuce, onion
  10. Repeat steps above for next layer .
  11. Now enjoy !!!
