Nancy's Butter Mint Candies

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/3 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup butter, soft
  • 1 tsp. peppermint extract
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • Food coloring
  • 4 3/4 cup powdered sugar
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix corn syrup, butter, peppermint and salt together well. Add food coloring and powdered sugar mixing well. Knead until smooth.
  2. Shape in 1" balls. Press with fork. Dry 4 hours
  3. Will keep for 1 month.
