Nancy's Butter Mint Candies
INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup butter, soft
- 1 tsp. peppermint extract
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Food coloring
- 4 3/4 cup powdered sugar
DIRECTIONS
- Mix corn syrup, butter, peppermint and salt together well. Add food coloring and powdered sugar mixing well. Knead until smooth.
- Shape in 1" balls. Press with fork. Dry 4 hours
- Will keep for 1 month.
