Nappa Cabbage Salad

  • 5 cups Napa cabbage chopped
  • 3 green onions chopped
  • 1/2 cup sliced water chestnuts
  • Part 2
  • 1 pkg ramen noodles broken up
  • 1/4 c. sesame seeds
  • 1/2 c. slivered almonds
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • *Sauté together until golden
  • They BURN very easily
  • Part 3
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. w. sugar
  • 1/4 c. cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • Blend well
  • To serve: toss 1 and 2 together.
  • Add the dressing to taste.
