Nappa Cabbage Salad

- Part 1
- 5 cups Napa cabbage chopped
- 3 green onions chopped
- 1/2 cup sliced water chestnuts
- Part 2
- 1 pkg ramen noodles broken up
- 1/4 c. sesame seeds
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds
- 3 tbsp butter
- *Sauté together until golden
- They BURN very easily
- Part 3
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. w. sugar
- 1/4 c. cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Blend well
- To serve: toss 1 and 2 together.
- Add the dressing to taste.
