Nation's Best Buffalo Wings
INGREDIENTS
- 25 Large Chicken Wings
- Sauce:
- 2 tblsp butter
- 1 tblsp onion
- 1/4 cup onion
- 1 cup Honey BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup chili sauce
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3 oz Franks Hot sauce
- 2 oz Bourbon
- 1/4 cup Ancho Chili Pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Cut wing into 2 parts.
- Deep fry naked (Can be baked at 400-425 for 30-40 min. or until desired crispness)
- To prepare sauce, saute all ingredients. Bring to a boil.
- Pour sauce onto cooked wings and shake to coat.

I don't normally watch that show but it was on one day while I was working.
This is a GREAT Buffalo Wing recipe. The longer the sauce sits, the hotter it gets. Keep in mind, all the hot ingredients can be adjusted to taste.
I double the recipe and freeze the left over sauce, it reheats great in the microwave.
