Nation's Best Buffalo Wings
  • 25 Large Chicken Wings
  • Sauce:
  • 2 tblsp butter
  • 1 tblsp onion
  • 1/4 cup onion
  • 1 cup Honey BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup chili sauce
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 3 oz Franks Hot sauce
  • 2 oz Bourbon
  • 1/4 cup Ancho Chili Pepper
  1. Cut wing into 2 parts.
  2. Deep fry naked (Can be baked at 400-425 for 30-40 min. or until desired crispness)
  3. To prepare sauce, saute all ingredients. Bring to a boil.
  4. Pour sauce onto cooked wings and shake to coat.
I got this recipe off of The View. LOL I don't normally watch that show but it was on one day while I was working. This is a GREAT Buffalo Wing recipe. The longer the sauce sits, the hotter it gets. Keep in mind, all the hot ingredients can be adjusted to taste. I double the recipe and freeze the left over sauce, it reheats great in the microwave.
