  • 1 kg bong gosht
  • 1 nalli (optional)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon ginger garlic
  • 2 cups ghee
  • 4 tablespoon prepared nehari masala
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoon chili powder
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 10-12 cups water
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1) Heat the ghee and fry the ginger garlic paste
  2. 2) When done, add in the meat pieces along with the chili powder, salt and nehari masala. Roast well by sprinkling water on the top
  3. 3) Add in the nalli and hot water
  4. 4) Sieve the flour then all a little bit of water to make the paste
  5. 5) Add the paste in the meat and stir continuously
  6. 6) Cover the pan then let it cook on a very low heat for at least 2-3 hours
  7. 7) Serve with chopped green chilies, lemon and coriander powder
