Never the Same Lasagna
  • 1 package No Boil Lasagna Noodles
  • 1 lb Cooked Ground Beef, Or Meat Of Choice
  • 1 Favorite Pasta Sauce
  • 1 sm Ricotta Cheese
  • 4 cup Cheese (see Tips Below)
  • Nutmeg
  • Ground Red Pepper
  • Italian Seasoning
  1. Oven Temperature: 375°F
  2. *Lightly coat top of cooked meat with seasonings and mix (or if not using meat, sprinkle seasonings over first layer of ricotta cheese or sauce)
  3. *Pour a little sauce on bottom of 13x9 pan and place a layer of noodles over sauce; spread ricotta cheese over noodles
  4. *Layer beef, shredded cheese, and sauce; repeat layers as room in pain allows and have ingredients
  5. *After last layer, add sauce and cheese
  6. *Cook 375 degrees for 30-50 minutes, covered
  7. *Uncover and cook another 5-10 minutes, until cheese is melted
  8. Recipe Tips
  9. *I generally use mozzarella cheese for layers, until the last and then I add a touch of cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese to the top layer along with the mozzarella. Use whatever you have on hand or prefer
  10. *You can skip meat layers and makes a great vegetarian lasagna
  11. *The baking time will depend on how many layers you have going on
