New York Cheesecake

INGREDIENTS
- Crust:
- 1 C graham cracker crumbs
- ¾ C sugar
- 1/4 C plus 2T melted butter
- Filling:
- 2 (8oz) cream cheese softened.
- 2 eggs
- 2 t. vanilla
- 1 ½ C sour cream
DIRECTIONS
- Cream together cheese, eggs and vanilla.
- When smooth, add sour cream and mix well.
- Pour over crust and bake in lower 1/3 of a 325 oven for 45 min.
- When baking is finished broil the top of the cheesecake till top shows attractive spots of brown.
- Refrigerate over night.
