No-Cook Peanut Butter Balls
INGREDIENTS
- Servings: 80
- 12 T peanut butter
- 6 T brown sugar
- 6 T powdered sugar
- 18 T maple syrup
- 6 T sugar
- 2 T vanilla
DIRECTIONS
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together and stir until stiff, adding more powdered sugar if not stiff. Roll into 1 inch balls and dip in powdered sugar. Refrigerate until firm. Makes 80 balls.
