No-Cook Peanut Butter Balls

  • Servings: 80
  • 12 T peanut butter
  • 6 T brown sugar
  • 6 T powdered sugar
  • 18 T maple syrup
  • 6 T sugar
  • 2 T vanilla
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together and stir until stiff, adding more powdered sugar if not stiff. Roll into 1 inch balls and dip in powdered sugar. Refrigerate until firm. Makes 80 balls.
