No cook spaghetti sauce
INGREDIENTS
  • Servings: 6
  • 2 lbs. tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 c. onion, diced
  • 2 t. garlic, minced
  • 1/3 c. olive oil
  • 1/4 t. red pepper flakes
  • 16-oz. pkg. spaghetti, cooked
  • 2 c. fresh basil, chopped
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine tomatoes, onion, garlic, oil and red pepper flakes in a medium bowl. Cover and let stand at room temperature while preparing spaghetti. Stir basil into sauce; spoon over hot spaghetti. Serves 6.
