Northwestern Style Grits Casserole

- 3 Cups Quick Cooking Grits
- 12 Cups water
- 8 Eggs slightly beaten
- 2 Pounds Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 Teaspoon Seasoning Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Tabasco or other Hot Sauce
- 2 Cups butter
- ½ Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Cook grits in water for 5 minutes or until water is absorbed.
- Add remaining ingredients and pour into a well greased 4 quart baking pan.
- Bake uncovered at 350ºF for 1 hour.
